Dr Kamlesh Goyal
Dr Kamlesh Goyal is currently working as a Senior Research Associate-Post Doctoral Fellow at the Centre of Excellence in Teacher Education (CETE), Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. At CETE–TISS, he works on the Innovative Finances for Education to Leave No One Behind (IFE-2-LNOB) project.
He is a development economist and worked at various national and international organizations. Previously, he worked with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), India. Before this, he was an India, Brazil, and South Africa (IBSA) Visiting Fellow at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. He has also worked as K.N. Raj Fellow at the Centre for Development Studies (Affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru University), Kerala. His research includes Economics of Education, Development Economics, Human Development, Education Policy, and Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods.
