Hsin-Ta Tsai
Hsin-Ta (Andre) Tsai is a Joint Ph.D. student in Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University.
He studies policy analysis and evaluation to assess the impacts of social and educational policies on marginalized communities in the United States and globally, such as people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds and the LGBTQ+ community. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Education Studies from Berea College, an MSc in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford, and an MA in Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.
