Gavan Conlon is a Partner at London Economics and co-head of the Education and Labour Markets Practice. He specialises in the analysis of HE fees and funding, having delivered numerous research projects on the impact of policy changes across all four home nations.
He provided expert evidence to the Education Select Committee enquiries into higher education fees and funding and the impact of Brexit, as well as the House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee on student loan arrangements. Given this experience, he was appointed on the Expert Panel for the Diamond Review of Higher Education Fees and Funding in Wales.
