Dr Kayleigh Rosewell

Kayleigh’s research interests include academic work, roles, and identities and its relation to gender, disciplinary background, career stage and parenthood/wider life. Particularly, she is interested in the dynamic and holistic construction of the meanings of being an academic and the role of a variety of elements in this process.

She studied her Masters and PhD at Lancaster University in the Department of Educational Research and, before returning to Lancaster for her current role, worked as a research and evaluation officer in widening participation at University of Leicester.
