Undersecretary of Higher Education Victor Ollerana Calderon

Víctor Orellana Calderón is Undersecretary of Higher Education. He is a sociologist from the University of Chile. He has served as director of the Nodo XXI Foundation and researcher at the Center for Advanced Research in Education at the University of Chile. In addition, he has been a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the International Labor Organization (ILO).
