Professor Susan L. Roberston

Fellow of Wolfson College, Cambridge, Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Aarhus, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto

Susan L. Roberston is Professor of Sociology of Education. Until recently, she was Head of the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge, and held the Chair in Sociology of Education. She is currently a Fellow of Wolfson College, Cambridge, Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Aarhus, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto.

Susan L. Roberston is Professor of Sociology of Education. Until recently, she was Head of the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge, and held the Chair in Sociology of Education. She is currently a Fellow of Wolfson College, Cambridge, Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Aarhus, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto. Susan has written extensively on transformations of the state, education governance, globalisation and regionalisation, and social justice. She is founding editor of the journal Globalisation, Societies and Education, and currently Co-editor in Chief.
