Héctor Ríos-Jara has his PhD in Social Sciences from the Institute of Education, University College of London and his MSc in Social Research Methodology from the University of Bristol.
He is a special advisor for higher education funding policy and international affairs for the Undersecretary of Higher Education, Government of Chile. Lecturer in Social Theory at Universidad Alberto Hurtado (Chile).
